If your delivery address is in the EU, you can choose "Free Shipping" regardless of the warehouse. If the order is shipped from a warehouse in Hong Kong, the goods will first be sent to a German warehouse and then forwarded to you, all costs are already covered by the seller.

F1. Is the Windows operating system still preinstalled after purchasing a barebones version？
A: Hello, Barebone version couldn't preinstall Windows OS, and we don't provide link to download Win11 or activation code.
Q2: Does USB4 support Thunderbolt 3/Thunderbolt 4 external GPU docking stations?
A: Yes, but there may be compatibility issues with the docking station.
Q3: I can't see anything on the display when using a DP to HDMI cable!
A: For a stable connection, use a cable with HDMI to HDMI/USB-C to USB-C/DP to DP specifications. We may not be able to support connections via cables or adapters with other specifications.
Q4: Does the MS-01 only work with single-sided M.2 drives?
A: The MS-01 also supports SSDs with chips on both sides.
Q5: Why does the store page say the capacity is limited to 2TB per M.2?
A: Minisforum recommends using a 2TB hard drive, but drives with more than 2TB capacity can also be used.
