Limited Warranty & Validity

MINISFORUM offers a two-year (24 months) limited warranty for consumer electronic products. For pre-ordered products, the warranty period begins on the date of receipt. For products shipped from the German warehouse, the warranty period is calculated from the shipping date. If items in the above category do not function as described due to a manufacturing defect (from the day the item is delivered to the customer), customers can have their defective item repaired. MINISFORUM will cover all repair fees and the cost of replacing non-artificial defective components.

Notes: This warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by user negligence.

※ For purchases from third-party platforms or retailers, please contact them if customers require refunds, replacements or other customer services.

General guidelines

This warranty covers personal use only and does not extend to products used for commercial use, rental or improper use. There are no warranties other than those expressly stated herein. This guarantee is not transferable. MINISFORUM is in no way responsible for any damage, loss or inconvenience caused by device failure or by user negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the “Instruction Manual” or any additional safety, use or warnings contained in the product materials, caused. Furthermore, MINISFORUM shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of this product, and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty exclusions:

🔺The guarantee will be void in the following cases:

a. Damage caused by accident, misuse, misuse, alteration or vandalism;

b. Improper or inadequate maintenance;

c. Unauthorized modification or commercial use;

d. Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age

🔺 Please contact us before returning a defective item; otherwise, your return request may be delayed.

a. If an item is not repairable or a replacement cannot be provided due to stock shortage, the customer will be refunded the full amount.

b. When returning items, please ensure you ship them via a trackable shipping method to avoid the shipment being lost in transit

Returns & Refunds

1. Undelivered orders (including in-stock and pre-sold products)

Please contact Minisforum first to confirm the status of your order. You can submit a refund request at any time before your order is shipped and we will process it within 3 business days.

2. Delivered orders

2.1 Intact/undamaged products & 7 days unfallen items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, you can request a return and receive a refund. We will offer either a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping costs) depending on your requirements after we receive the exchanged item in your order.

2.2 Product quality issues

2.2.1 Broken/Missing Packages

1) If the outer packaging is broken or out of shape

a. Report the damaged package to the courier immediately and receive confirmation in the form of a paper receipt with a stamp.
b. Send us the pictures of the received items/packages with detailed information about the problem description, along with the above paper proof and case number, with which we can quickly confirm the case.
c.After verifying all the required information, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund as required. The outer packaging is in good condition while the item does not work properly.
d. Send us the pictures of the items/packages you received with detailed information describing the problem.

2) Missing items, wrong items or wrong package sent

Please check the contents and weight of the package carefully before taking it off. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service with the following information: Send us an email with your order number and product code (SKU number).

3) Please send us the clear pictures of the packaging, shipping label, weight of the package and the item you receive.

※ Return/replacement costs for damaged/lost packages will be borne by Minisforum.

2.2.2 Defect on Arrival (DBA): Customers should contact our customer service for the DBA situation within 7 days of receiving the goods.

a.Please contact customer service as soon as possible after discovering the DBA. Include the order number, a detailed and clear description of the problem and relevant evidence (in the form of text, images, videos, etc.).
b.After Minisforum confirms the DBA, it will set up the appropriate returns warehouse according to your address.
c.After the package is returned to Minisforum warehouse, you can request a refund or exchange.

※ Minisforum will cover the shipping costs for returning the DBA.

2.2.3 Product quality issues

Please provide valid proof of purchase, such as order number, invoice and other information, with a clear and detailed description of the problem (in the form of text, images, videos, etc.); Minisforum will provide technical support and solutions and record the complete after-sales process. If the problem cannot be resolved, it will automatically enter the return/exchange process.

Minisforum covers the costs of shipping exchange and replacement parts.

3. A two-year repair guarantee

MINISFORUM offers a 2-year guarantee from receipt of the goods. Any free repair must be confirmed by the manufacturer via customer service. Items should be returned at the customer's expense, while MINISFORUM will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired item to the customer.

Any man-made damage to the item is beyond the warranty. However, customers can return it at their own expense and pay a repair fee.

4. Warranty Exceptions and Notices

Deterioration of natural products due to wear and tear and breakage/damage during use is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not covered by our warranties.

If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty will be void immediately. In such cases there is no compensation. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a spare or spare part (if applicable). We charge the original value of the components and a flat shipping fee for shipping.

5. Depreciation charge:
Machines that fail during the warranty period: 20% depreciation fee for use within 12 months, 40% depreciation fee for use within 24 months. No refunds or exchanges after the 24 month warranty period.

Notes: Customers will lose the warranty if they:

a. attempt to repair the device;

b. modify, remove, adapt or replace any part of the Product;

c. use the device in a way for which it was not originally intended;

d. continue to use the item if a fault occurs and causes more damage;

e. Failing to contact us the first time the problem occursf.

f. Minisforum's product warranty does not cover damage caused by overclocking, even if overclocking is enabled via Minisforum's hardware and/or software.


All returns must be approved by MINISFORUM support team prior to return. Please see the following steps in the “How to Apply for a Guarantee” section below. In the event of incomplete warranty claims, MINISFORUM reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer returns the package without prior authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item or sends an empty package, MINISFORUM again reserves the right to refuse any compensation.

All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, MINISFORUM will offer an alternative solution.

Special instructions:

Shipping costs to return the product are paid by the customer and are non-refundable except in 7 day DBA situations.

During return shipping, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes while returning the items to our warehouse. In these cases, we will deduct customs fees from your authorized refund amount.

3. MINISFORUM will return the item to the customer via flat rate shipping as standard. If the customer wishes to use a faster shipping method, the corresponding shipping costs will apply.

In the event of misuse, all repairs, accessories and shipping costs in both directions will be entirely the responsibility of the customer and at their expense.

How to Apply for a Warranty (Return, Repair and Refund)

3. Let us know what efforts you have already made to resolve the issue.
Send a clear photo or video (via WeTransfer) showing the defect(s); these should be taken in good lighting.

Our customer service team will investigate the issue you are facing and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Return and compensation policy

If you have any problems, please contact customer service directly and they will offer you a solution to your case.

Please check each processing time upon receipt of your returned item.

For an exchange, processing time for replacement is between 2-7 business days from receipt of your item and depending on stock availability.

For refunds, refund processing time is between 3-6 business days from receipt of your returned item. After that, the refund time depends on the payment method. Details can be found below:

a. PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to be processed and returned to your account.
b.Credit card refunds take between 7 and 14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Depending on the item and the manufacturer's spare parts inventory, repairs take between 15-30 working days.
