Is Windows preinstalled on the PC?
With the exception of the barebones version, Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled on all versions. The barebones version contains no memory or SSD; therefore Windows 11 Pro is not preinstalled.
How do I install Windows OS for the barebones version?

Note on (RAM) memory:
If you buy an 8GB RAM, it's a 1X8GB stick; If you buy 16GB RAM, the 2x8GB stick and so on. If you would like a 16GB stick, please contact eu@minisforum.com. It is possible for you to change the order before shipping. Thank you.

What is DE & US & CN & JP warehouse?
MINISFORUM have local warehouses in Germany & USA & China & Japan. Goods ordered from these warehouses will be sent directly to you within 1 to 2 business days.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address. You can view shipping cost details on the checkout page. Thank you.
How long do I have to wait for my orders to ship?
Models in stock in our EU warehouses are shipped directly from the warehouse within 1 to 2 days; otherwise it will be shipped from China within 7 to 10 days. You can track your order “Order Status”. If you have any questions, please contact eu@minisforum.com. (Note: The above rules do not apply to hot sale and pre-order products.)
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my orders?
If your checkout page shows “Duty free shipping” shipping method, you will not have to pay any additional duty.
Do you ship to remote areas?
Yes, MINISFORUM delivers goods worldwide. The fees and duration of shipping vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Further information about shipping can be found in our shipping instructions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
How can I track my paid order?
There are three ways to track your Express Checkout order.
1. Track your order in your Personal Center. Please be assured that the tracking information will be clearly displayed in your Personal Center after your Paypal account is linked to your MINISFORUM account.
2. Click the “Order Status” button to follow your package. Please be assured that the email with tracking information will be sent shortly after submitting your order number and MINISFORUM account.

Returns and Exchanges
What should I do if I have a question after receiving an order?
You can submit a form directly or call our customer service. For more information about customer support, please see “Contact Us.”
How are DOA issues handled?
Please give us feedback within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service will process your return as quickly as possible.
For DOA devices, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the device.
Where should the return take place? Who pays the shipping costs?
Please contact our customer service for return and exchange matters. Our customer service will assign you a return warehouse based on the condition of your items.
Please note that, apart from DOA cases, we do not cover the costs of shipping the package.
Refunds
Do I have to pay a processing fee if I purchase a product that does not meet my expectations?
If you request a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods, we will refund the full amount. However, the refund amount may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations, which may result in a loss of exchange rate. This is beyond our control, please understand.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods unless quality issues are involved. If a return is required, a 15% depreciation fee will be deducted from the customer as the returned device cannot be resold.
Do I have to pay a processing fee if I cancel an order before the product is shipped?
We will refund you the full amount of your order, however the refund amount may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations which are beyond our control. Please understand.
