Hello, yes, except for the barebone version, other versions of the X7 Ti come preinstalled with Windows 11 Pro.

Q2. Are there any limitations on M.2 PCIe expansion bays for SSD cards?

No, there is no limit, you can use an M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 SSD or an M.2 2230 PCIe 4.0 SSD.

Q3. How many monitors does it support?

X7 Ti with one HDMI and DP port, two USB4 ports and can be connected to 4 monitors at the same time.

Q1: How long does it take from purchase to receiving the product?

After ordering an item, it takes about 1-2 working days until it is ready for dispatch. If shipped from our German warehouse, the logistics time is 2 to 5 days depending on the destination country. If the goods are shipped from the warehouse in Hong Kong, the logistics time is about 18 to 23 days.

Q2: What is the reason why no tracking number is provided for orders shipped from Hong Kong warehouse?

This is because the package is on its way from Hong Kong to Germany. The tracking information will be updated once the shipment arrives in Germany and customs clearance is completed, this process usually takes 15 to 18 days.

Q3: Do I need to pay the shipping fee and tax for the product?

The price is without VAT, and it is originally shipped from HK, China. If you purchase the barebone configuration, you need to download and install the officially provided operating system and driver to use the touch screen. Please note that the SCCS plugin for the touch screen is only available for some WIN11 and WIN10 systems and cannot be guaranteed for all self-installed systems.
