Can I replace the CPU and heatsink myself?
The fan can be customized (12cm), but the CPU and heatsink cannot be replaced.
Does it support ECC memory?
Unsupported.
Does it support overclocking?
No, the CPU does not support overclocking. The memory supports XMP, which you can set yourself.
