costs for delivery

All products sold by Minisforum are shipped free of charge and you do not have to pay any additional shipping costs.

Shipping orders & time

Your order will take between 2 and 3 working days to be processed (on public holidays it will automatically be postponed to the next working day).

Delivery times depend on the shipping warehouse (there are only two warehouses):

1) Warehouse in Germany: 3-7 working days;
2) Hong Kong warehouse: 18-23 working days.


1) For products with a pre-sale label, delivery times depend on the information on the page; Please check whether these delivery times are acceptable before purchasing.

2) Due to unforeseen events, the expected delivery date may be delayed. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

3) Once the package has been shipped, the customer will be informed of the shipping status via email. Customers can also track their orders using the Order Status button.

Pay customs duties or taxes

If your delivery address is in the EU (Incl.: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark), you can choose "Free Shipping" regardless of the warehouse. If the order is shipped from a warehouse in Hong Kong, the goods will first be sent to a German warehouse and then forwarded to you, all costs are already covered by the seller.

If the address is outside the EU (Currently available for delivery: Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, North Macedonia, Iceland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Vatican City, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Serbia, San Marino, United Kingdom), recommend we ask you to pay the 30 euros “Duty Free Shipping”. We then pay the tax and you do not have to bear any further costs.

Tariff insurance

We will cover the full tax if you need to pay for customs.
1) Keep the customs payment certificate;
2) Send the payment slip to us;
3) Refund will be returned via your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Order cancellation

1) Order cancellation is possible before the product is shipped or produced. You will receive a full refund.

2) Customers cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, unless the customer bears all costs for returning the package and a 2% fee for the goods for platform delivery.

3) In the event of a forced return by customs for personal reasons on the part of the customer, the customer and Minisforum each bear half of the transport costs incurred; Minisforum also charges 2% of the product price as a processing fee.

Order change or refund

We offer exchange and refund within the warranty period (2 years).

Tips: When customers return the package, priority postage and express postage, cash on delivery are not supported. When using these delivery options, the customer bears the shipping costs.

A correct and complete delivery address is mandatory. Once your order has been prepared for shipping or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for correction and the package will be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee. You must provide a daytime phone number for all orders.

Shipping Couriers & Status

Order(s) are shipped by Minisforum. When you place an order on the Minisforumstore, you will automatically receive a shipping information email from Minisforum. Please check your e-mail adress. If you did not find the email, please check your spam box and add Minisforum to your contact list.

EU transport policy

According to the new regulations of EU countries, from July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the EU will be charged VAT by customs (different countries have different VAT).

Please cooperate actively with local customs during customs clearance, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed because they are overdue, resulting in high fees.

Please note: Our company is not responsible for this matter and will not bear the fees if you fail to clear customs.
